Diego Rodriguez, grandfather of child taken away from his parents by the Child Protective Services (CPS) a few months ago, accused the agency of kidnapping his grandson when he appeared as guest during the March 30 episode of “The Dr. Ardis Show” on Brighteon.TV.
The CPS maintained that the little boy, known as baby Cyrus, was underweight and malnourished and was neglected by his parents. (Related: CPS involved in child trafficking? Maryanne Godboldo speaks out on the state-sponsored kidnapping of her daughter.)
Three months ago, baby Cyrus was just being introduced to solid foods. Only around seven months old at the time, solid foods didn’t agree with baby Cyrus and he started throwing up. His parents believed that he was sick, probably a bug that would go away in a few days.
He was said to be completely fine, but a week later he vomited again. That was when the family realized something’s wrong, and they took him to a naturopathic doctor, who is their primary care physician.
The child’s parents tried to figure out what was wrong and assumed that it was some type of food allergy that was not sitting well with him through breast milk, or it could be one of the things they introduced to him in solid foods, so they changed the child’s mother’s diet, effectively taking away dairy and grains, among others.
The couple tried different things to help the child get better, which he did for a little while. However, he would still get sick and vomit for a few days every now and then. When this happens, he gets dehydrated and loses a little bit of weight. When he gets better and stops vomiting, then he gains his weight back. This cycle went on for a while. However, in one of their hospital visits, the nurse from a clinic in Idaho did not want to check up on baby Cyrus because he was not fully rehydrated. Instead, she sent the parents to St. Luke’s Hospital, which is connected to the government and Big Pharma.
But baby Cyrus’ parents were not raised to go to hospitals on a whim, and with baby Cyrus not being vaccinated, the parents did not want to risk getting him even sicker. Despite this, the parents reluctantly went because the nurse said so, and the hospital is the only place where the child can get rehydrated with an IV.
“And they went there with the understanding that they’d be there just for a couple of hours, get an IV, he get rehydrated,” Rodriguez said, but this wasn’t the case. It all went downhill from there. When they got the blood reports and urine samples back, everything showed that the baby is fine, and they couldn’t figure out what caused the vomiting.
However, when they tried to leave the hospital, they were told they would be leaving against medical advice and the CPS will be called on them.
With baby Cyrus’s primary care physician being a naturopathic doctor, and with him not getting vaccinated yet, the situation turned hostile.
There had been theories that taking baby Cyrus away had been politically motivated, with the child’s grandfather a vocal opponent of the state’s Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions, CPS moved faster than its typical glacial pace.
Baby Cyrus’ case has raised concerns that the state has been given too much power, with the CPS and other foster care systems now prohibited by law to release details of the incident. However, the court did tell the family that they’ll need to wait another month to petition for the release of the baby.
